Our 4 week BootCamp starts October 24th and ends November 18th. Just in time for the holidays! Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am and Saturdays at 8:00am. Join us for 4 weeks of fun workouts that is sure to get you in the best shape of your life. when you join, you can expect the following...


- 3 classes per week with a professional coach who will guide through a one hour class

- We will measure your body fat before and after the 4 week BootCamp

- You will receive weekly workouts to be performed at home

- Our in-house Registered Dietitian will provide you with some guidelines on what you should and shouldn't be eating in order to reach your ideal health goals

- Motivation and encouragement from one of the best communities a gym can have.
